Report Title: Repeal of Obsolete Statutes

Description: Repeals or makes conforming amendments to various statutes that have either been repealed by implication, or by their own terms by operation of law, and are now deemed to have accomplished their intended purpose. Repeals administrative rules that are unnecessary or obsolete. Provides an expedited process for the repeal of obsolete or unauthorized administrative rules. (SB2121 CD1)
