Report Title: Alternate Education.

Description: Establishes alternative education options for students who are expelled, suspended, or cause chronic disruption to the educational process. Appropriates $90,000 to fund and establish 9 sites across the State. Allows the DOE to contract with private providers for this service, but does not make it mandatory. (SD1)
