Report Title: State Leases; Breaches

Description: Proposes to: (1) reduce the period for curing non-monetary defaults under leases and patents of state land from sixty to thirty days, subject to necessary extension only in cases where required; and (2) permit the parties, by agreement, to give notice by facsimile.
