Report Title: Agricultural Loans

Description: Provides agricultural loans to qualified part-time farmers. Reduces the state residency requirements for permanent resident aliens seeking financing under the State's agricultural loan program. Enables the department of agriculture to provide credit to food manufacturers located in the State that utilize Hawaii-grown agricultural products. (HB2996 HD1)
