Report Title: Recreational Activities

Description: Provides that public entities or employees are not liable for damage or injuries to participants or spectators of hazardous recreational activities, with exceptions. Amends the landowners' liability law to provide similar liability exemptions for private landowners who allow those hazardous activities on their land.
