Description: Doubles penalties for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor at a blood-alcohol level of .17 or more grams of alcohol per one hundred milliliters or cubic centimeters of blood or .17 or more grams of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of breath. (HB2775 HD1)
