Report Title: Driving; Drugs

Description: Reduces jail time for first offense of driving under the influence of drugs by conforming the penalties with those provided for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Increases community service work hours and fines for second offense. Increases fines and decreases jail term for third offense. Applies to all cases (first, second, and third offenses. (SD1)
