Report Title: Abandoned Motor Vehicles

Description: Allows the counties to increase fees, from $2 to a maximum of $5, for certificates of registration for motor vehicles other than U-drive motor vehicles, provided that any additional fee increase over $2 is to be expended only to defray the additional cost in the disposition and other related activities of abandoned or derelict vehicles. (SD2)
