RELATING TO LEASING OF SMALL BOAT HARBORS

Description: Authorizes the DLNR to lease by public auction or direct negotiation the Ala Wai and Keehi small boat harbors for redevelopment, management, and operation by private firms. Clarifies that these leases may include any use that complements or supports the purpose of the lease; and clarifies that the revenues from these leases shall be deposited into the boating special fund.
