Description: Establishes the state parks special fund. Transfers the unexpended balance of the 'aina ho'omalu special fund calculated as of the close of business on June 30, 2000, to the credit of the state parks special fund. Appropriates funds from the state parks special fund to be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the state parks special fund. (HB2568 HD1)
