Report Title: Education; Funds Carryover/Tra

Description: Retains and carries over up to 5 percent of appropriations for EDN 150 (comprehensive school support services program) - limited to funds already distributed to schools. Requires the department of education to submit a report, regarding the carryover of funds, to the director of finance ninety days after the close of each fiscal year and prepared in the form prescribed by the director. (SD1)
