Report Title: BOE; Military Representative

Description: Requires the BOE to invite the Hawaii senior military commander to appoint a non-voting military representative to the BOE for advice on public school policies and actions affecting family members of military personnel. Requires the representative to perform the duties as part of official military duties and to follow state and federal statutes, regulations, and policies. The BOE may remove only for cause, the representative by majority vote. (SB2095 CD1)
