Report Title: Reverse Mortgages

Description: Amends definition of "reverse mortgage loan" to mean a nonrecourse loan, the committed principal amount of which is secured by a mortgage on the borrower's residential property and includes cash advances to the borrower based upon the equity in or value of the borrower's owner-occupied principal residence, requires no payment of principal or interest until the entire loan becomes due and payable, and may only be made by a state or federally chartered or licensed lender.
