Report Title: Tobacco Use

Description: Prohibits the possession and use of tobacco products by minors under eighteen years of age. Makes the penalty for such possession and use $20 for the first offense and $50 for subsequent offenses. Conforms the penalty for purchase of tobacco products by minors to the penalty for possession of tobacco products by minors. (HB1922 HD1)
