Description: To adjust and reprioritize state funding for Fiscal Biennium (FB) 1999-2000 based on September 1999 Council on Revenues estimates, by adjusting fiscal year (FY) 2000-2001 operating budget funding priorities; adjusting non-general fund authorizations; and adjusting and authorizing captial improvement projects for FB 1999-2001.
