Report Title: Pedestrian Safety

Description: Requires vehicles approaching a crosswalk on a two-lane roadway from either direction to slow down and stop when a pedestrian has entered the two-lane road while maintaining that all vehicles must yield to pedestrians on all roads when the pedestrian is within the crosswalk.
