Report Title: Traffic Infractions

Description: Amends the laws relating to parks, airports, and harbors to ensure that traffic infractions committed in those areas are adjudicated uniformly as provided in chapter 291D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, relating to the adjudication of traffic infractions. (HB1807 HD1)
