Report Title: Vehicle; Audible Warning

Description: Allows audible reverse warning (ARW) systems to be turned off manually, and allows bright, flashing lights to be installed in the rear of vehicles to be used whenever a vehicle is reversing, for noise control purposes. Permits new vehicles to be equipped with with the ability to manually turn off ARW systems. (HB1728 HD2)
