Report Title: Controlled Substances

Description: Adds definitions for the term ephedrine. Makes technical corrections to the existing law. Updates record keeping requirements for controlled substances from two to five years and clarifies that communications by physicians for the purpose of disclosing prescription drug abuses is not privileged communications.
