AGENDA:

HB 1903    RELATING TO BRAIN INJURY.                                    HLT, FIN
           Establishes a task  force  to  identify  and  eliminate public policy
           barriers to neurotraining  services.    Establishes a community-based
           neurotraining research, education, and training infrastructure.
HB 2160    RELATING TO THE TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY TRUST                 HLT, FIN
           FUND.
           Creates traumatic brain  injury  trust  fund commission/trust fund to
           disburse moneys to  applicants  for  care and rehabilitative services
           for traumatic brain injury victims.  Assesses fines, for deposit into
           the fund, of 10% of  original  fines  for traffic code violations and
           operation of motor vehicles violations.
HB 2112    RELATING TO EARLY CHILDHOOD.                                 HLT, FIN
           Provides a means for early  childhood  screening when a child reaches
           the age of three.
HB 2156    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR BASIC DENTAL SERVICES            HLT, FIN
           FOR ADULTS.
           Appropriates  funds  to  provide  basic  dental  services  for adults
           covered by Medicaid and Med-QUEST  on a fee-for-service basis through
           the Med-QUEST program.

HB 2013    RELATING TO MEDICAL RESEARCH.                            HLT, CPC/JHA
           Requires cancer cases detected  in physician's offices, laboratories,
           free-standing radiation oncology facilities,  and other treatment and
           pathology facilities be  reported  to  the  Hawaii  Tumor Registry or
           hospital-based registries.

HB 2150    MAKING  AN  APPROPRIATION  TO   PROVIDE   FOR  THE  EXPENSES  OF  THE
           LEGISLATURE,  THE  LEGISLATIVE  AUDITOR,  THE  LEGISLATIVE  REFERENCE
           BUREAU, AND THE OMBUDSMAN.                                        FIN
           Appropriates funds to provide  for  the  expenses of the legislature,
           legislative  auditor,  the  legislative  reference  bureau,  and  the
           ombudsman.
