HB 2507    RELATING TO THE PERMANENT PLAN HEARING             JHA
        Allows the court to waive the approval of the child,
        age 14 and above, to a permanent plan, if it is in the
        best interest of the child to do so.

HB 2508    RELATING TO REVIEW HEARINGS                        JHA
        Defines when the department begins to count the time
        that a child has been in agency care.

HB 2111    RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT     JHA, LAB/FIN
        Amends the laws relating to child support enforcement
        and chapter 651 and in chapters administrative process
        for child support enforcement to allow for the
        privatization of child support enforcement functions,
        improve the state case registry and the state
        directory of new hires, and add new definitions of
        "income", "employer", and "employee".

HB 2417    RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT         JHA, FIN
        Provides numerous revisions to comply with the
        mandates of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act.
        Compliance with these mandates are required for

 
 
        continued funding of the Child Support Enforcement
        Agency.

HB 2625    RELATING TO MINORS                                 JHA
        Provides for expungement of a minor's record of a

HB 3018    RELATING TO CHILD ABUSE                            JHA
        Those persons who are required by law to report child
        abuse or neglect may now report to either the police
        department or the department of human services rather
        than both.  Keeps confidential the identity of the
        person who makes the report.
