HB 2605       RELATING TO TAXATION APPEALS.
           Eliminate requirement of paying tax assessed prior to appealing
           the assessment to the district board of review. (FIN)

HB 2606       RELATING TO DISCLOSURE OF TAX INFORMATION.
           Allow the disclosure of general excise/use tax return and tax
           return information to a person contractually obligated to pay
           general excise and use taxes assessed against another. (FIN)

HB 2252       RELATING TO THE CONVEYNACE TAX.
HSCR 303-00   Exempts certain transfers from the application of the conveyance
           tax.

HB 2312 HD1   RELATING TO WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
HSCR 360-00   Exempts the cost of construction and materials of any minimal
           emission waste facility built over the next two years from general
           excise taxes.  Requires certification. (EEP,FIN)

HB 2329 HD1   RELATING TO ENERGY CONSERVATION TAX CREDITS.
HSCR 333-00   Repeals the energy conservation tax credits on July 1, 2010.
           Requires residential developers of new single family homes to
           install solar water heaters or heat pumps in new residences
           beginning on July 1, 2010. (EEP,FIN)

HB 2204 HD1   RELATING TO ETHANOL.
HSCR 302-00   Provides an income tax credit for the production of fuel grade
           ethanol produced at a qualifying ethanol production facility
           located in Hawaii. (EEP/AGR,EDB,FIN)

HB 1893 HD1   RELATING TO ENERGY.
HSCR 278-00   Supports mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions. (EEP,FIN)

HB 2330 HD1   RELATING TO ENERGY.
HSCR 206-00   Authorizes the sale of electricity generated by renewable energy
           facilities to be sold to a public utility to qualify for state
           enterprise zone benefits. (EEP/CPC,FIN)
 
HB 2549 HD1   RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER SYSTEMS.
HSCR 205-00   Delegates the responsibility of regulating individual wastewater
           systems to the counties from the state department of health.

HB 3021 HD1   RELATING TO GASOLINE.
HSCR 334-00   Prohibits the sale of gasoline that contains methyl tertiary-butyl
           ether (MTBE).  Establishes fines.  Effective July 1, 2001.
