        DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURES

            (Deferred from February 8, 2000)

S.B. 2662     RELATING TO THE SITE RESTORATION AND            LRE, WAM
           POLLUTION CLEAN-UP FUND
           Requires DOH  to  assess  a  clean-up fee deposited
           into the  site  restoration  and pollution clean-up
           fund  in  DOH  on  persons  operating  under  water
           pollution,  nonpoint  source  pollution management,
           integrated  solid  waste  management,  solid  waste
           pollution,  special   wastes  recycling,  hazardous
           waste,  underground  storage  tanks,  and  used oil
           laws.

S.B. 2721     RELATING TO LABOR DISPUTES                      LRE, JDC
           Authorizes  civil  actions  for  violations  of law
           regarding hiring  employees  during labor disputes.
           Prohibits an employer from permanently replacing an
           employee involved  in  a  labor  dispute unless the
           employee has voluntarily resigned.


        (Deferred from January 27 and February 8, 2000)

S.B. 2250     RELATING TO MEAL BREAKS                         LRE, WAM
           Requires employers to  provide  employees with meal
           breaks.

S.B. 2061     RELATING TO PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES       LRE, WAM
           AND EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
           Establishes  a  four-year   pilot  project  in  the
           executive branch to promote fair pay.
