        DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURES
            (Deferred from February 16, 2000)

SB 2862    RELATING TO SCHOOL HEALTH REQUIREMENTS   EDU/HHS, WAM
           Modifies school entry health requirements to permit
           current practices in  documentation of immunization
           and TB examinations.

SB 2884    RELATING TO THERAPY SERVICES FOR 
           EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN                     HHS/EDU, WAM
           Transfers from the DOH to DOE the responsibility of
           providing   occupational   and   physical   therapy
           services in public schools.


SB 3123    RELATING TO POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION     HHS/EDU, WAM
           Establishes a transitional welfare-to-work benefits
           program for public assistance recipients.

SB 2448    RELATING TO AUTISM                       HHS/EDU, WAM
           Establishes the Hawaii  Autism Center of Excellence
           within the University of Hawaii.

decision making on these measures on Friday, February 18, 2000 at 1:00
p.m. in conference room 212.)
