     NOTICE TO RECONVENE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE MEETING

                        A G E N D A


The Conference Committee will meet to resolve differences between
the last House and Senate versions of the following:


SB 2879 SD2, HD2  RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE TIRES
                 Establishes $2 environmental clean-up fee for
                 tire management, collection, disposal,
                 recycling, marketing, reuse, and illegal
                 dumping programs, payable at the time of
                 annual vehicle registration.  Requires all
                 entities accepting used tires to maintain
                 records regarding the collection and disposal
                 of the tires.

                 Senate Conferees:  Senators Nakata, Chun,
                 Kawamoto (Co-Chairs); Ihara, Anderson

                 House Conferees:  Representative Morita,
                 Schatz (Co-Chairs); Garcia, Fox
