                   A  BILL  FOR  AN  ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS - THIRD REPRESENTATIVE
   DISTRICT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 1      SECTION 1.  The following sums, or so much thereof as shall
 
 2 be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are
 
 3 hereby appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of
 
 4 Hawaii for fiscal year 2000-2001.
 
 5 1.   To be expended by the department of accounting and general
 
 6 services:
 
 7      A.   Keaukaha school, Hawaii
 
 8           Design, construction, and equipment for
 
 9           a cafeteria with a prep kitchen.
