Report Title: Telemarketing Fraud

Description: Prohibits specified unfair or deceptive telemarketing acts or practices, and abusive telemarketing acts or practices. Provides civil penalties. Requires that telephone solicitors keep certain records, that shall be made available upon demand of authorized governmental entities. (CD1)
