Report Title: LESA

Description: Establishes a land evaluation and site assessment system. Requires the land use commission, the department of agriculture, and the counties, to establish district boundaries for the conservation of important agricultural lands, and other lands districts. Abolishes the urban, rural, and agricultural districts. Requires the DLNR, the DOA, and the counties to delineate permitted uses and infrastructure standards in the conservation, important agricultural, and other lands districts.
