Report Title: Y2K Financial Protection Act

Description: Temporarily prohibits foreclosures, defaults, or adverse action on various financial transactions, and prohibits adverse or enforcement action on these matters as a result of y2K problems. Prohibits negative entries in credit reports. Repealed 6/30/2006.
