Report Title: Pre-trial inmates

Description: Extends to June 30, 2000, the authority of the director of public safety (director) or the director's designee to grant the emergency release of pre-trial inmates. Corrects a statutory reference regarding pre-trail inmates who are found to be mentally defective or mentally incapacitated. (SB1163 HD2)
