Report Title: Habitual Criminal Behavior

Description: Creates a class of offenses against persons and property; makes the multiple offender of any of these offenses subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of nine months of jail where the person is convicted on at least three prior and separate occasions of any of the specified misdemeanor offenses within a three-year period.
