Report Title: Waste-Derived Fertilizers

Description: Prohibits the importation into the State of any commercial fertilizer that does not meet the allowable levels of nonnutritive metals in commercial fertilizers as specified in the Canadian Fertilizers Act, as amended. (HB941 HD1)
