Description: Makes general amendments to the alternate power of sale foreclosure process, including clarifying that public notices be mailed and delivered rather than sent; modifying the public information requirement for lenders using the new process; streamlining the power of sale foreclosure process; and repealing current non-judicial foreclosure law as of 01/01/2001.
