Report Title: Tourism

Description: Allows the convention center authority to sunset on June 30, 2000. Assigns the responsibility to market, operate, manage, and maintain the Hawaii convention center facility to the Hawaii tourism authority. Transfers the balance of the Hawaii convention center capital and operations special funds to the tourism special fund. Assigns the funding responsibility for the convention center debt service and operating requirements to the Hawaii tourism authority. (HB1014 HD2)
