Report Title: Habitual Criminal Behavior

Description: Creates harsher penalty for certain misdemeanor offenses that are repeatedly committed. A person who is convicted of certain enumerated offenses and who within the past three years has been convicted of three prior enumerated offenses on separate occasions, shall be sentenced to a mandatory 120 days of imprisonment. (HB1003 HD1)
