HD 2       Creates an 11-member land use planning task force.

HB 1409    RELATING TO THE LAND USE COMMISSION               WLH, WAM
HD 2       Allows land  use  commission  to  charge  for court
           reporter  expenses   and   other   expenses  to  be
           determined by the commission.

HB 1703    RELATING TO WAIMANALO                             WLH, WAM
           Extends sunset date  of  Act  257,  Session Laws of
           Hawaii 1996.

least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  When faxing, please
indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and
time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for
submittal.

interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for
