SB 580     RELATING TO PROJECT FAITH                     WLH, WAM
        Makes appropriation for Project Faith, Anahola, Kauai.

SB 1316    RELATING TO HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS TRUST         WLH, WAM
        INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS
        Establishes and approves a formula and criteria to be
        applied by the Hawaiian Home Lands Trust Individual
        Claims Review Panel to all claims properly made.

SB 1317    RELATING TO ACT 329, SESSION LAWS OF          WLH, WAM
        HAWAII, 1997
        Allows additional time to effect the objectives of and
        complete the tasks assigned to Act 329, Session Laws
        of Hawaii 1997.  To resolve outstanding controversies
        relating to the management and disposition of the
        lands of the public land trust and implementation of
        article XII, section 6 of the State Constitution.     

SB 1635    RELATING TO PUBLIC LAND TRUST                 WLH, WAM
        Enforces drop dead clause on Section 10-13.3, Hawaii
        Revised Statutes, thereby entitling the Office of
        Hawaiian Affairs to public land trust proceeds
        pursuant to Section 10-13.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.

SB 466     OHA BUDGET                                    WLH, JDC
        Appropriates funds for office of Hawaiian affairs for
        FY 1999-2000 and FY 2000-20001.

least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  When faxing, please
indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and
time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for
submittal.

to participate in the public hearing process (i.e., sign language
interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for
the disabled), please contact the committee clerk 24 hours prior
to the hearing so arrangements can be made.

shared use by members of the public.
