SB 1524    RELATING TO LAND USE                           WLH/TIA, WAM
        Gives the power to reclassify lands within the State only
        to a temporary land use commission and the legislature.

SB 1215    RELATING TO MARITIME                           WLH/TIA, WAM
        Excludes Piers 1 and 2 at Fort Armstrong from the Kakaako
        community development district

SB 1356    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE                WLH/TIA, WAM
        IMPROVEMENT OF WATER SOURCE STORAGE FOR 
        KULA WATER SYSTEM ON THE ISLAND OF MAUI.
        Appropriates funds for the improvement of water source
        storage for the Kula water system and economic development
        for diversified agriculture on the island of Maui.

SB 693     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO AID EFFICIENT           WLH, WAM
        MANAGEMENT OF LAKE WILSON
        Appropriates $262,000 for efficient management of Lake
        Wilson, including establishment of a permanent position of
        Lake Keeper, and construction of a small office/laboratory,
        and acquisition of a 16-foot boat.

SB 694     APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE KAENA POINT            WLH, WAM
        COASTAL RESERVE
        Appropriates $1,659,414 for FY 1999-2000, of which
        $1,537,000 is for the Kaena Point coastal reserve
        development costs, and $122,214 shall be for the Kaena
        point coastal reserve operating costs.

SB 698     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A WAIALUA-HALEIWA      WLH, WAM
        STORMWATER DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN
        Appropriates $500,000 for a Waialua-Haleiwa stormwater
        drainage master plan.

SB 1500    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A COMMUNITY        WLH, WAM
        MAPPING PROJECT FOR WAIALUA, OAHU
        Appropriates $85,000 for a community mapping project for
        Waialua, Oahu.

SB 1428    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ALA WAI CANAL      WLH, WAM
        WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
        Appropriates funds to implement capital improvement
        projects in the Ala Wai canal watershed.

SB 566     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NANAKULI           WLH, WAM
        HOMESTEAD CEMETERY
        Appropriates $76,020 to the department of Hawaiian home
        lands for the maintenance and upkeep of the Nanakuli
        homestead cemetery.

SB 1198    MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PURCHASE PROPERTY       WLH, WAM
        TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTER FOR THE RESIDENTS
        OF THE WAIANAE COAST.
        Appropriates general revenues to give Ho'omau Ke Ola moneys
        to purchase property known as the former Cornet Store in
        Makaha.  Allows property to be used to establish a
        community center that will provide training, employment,
        and other services to residents of the Waianae coast.

SB 452     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO COMPLETE THE            WLH, WAM
        INFRASTRUCTURE FOR WATERLINES INTO THE KIKALA-KEOKEA
        SUBDIVISION

 
 
 
        Appropriates $2,400,000 to complete infrastructure for
        waterlines into the Kikala-Keokea subdivision.

SB 460     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RESIDENTS OF       WLH, WAM
        MAUNALAHA SUBDIVISION
        Appropriates $2,500,000 for infrastructure improvements for
        Maunalaha lessees.
