HB 774 RELATING TO SEAT BELTS TRN,JHA

a vehicle under the influence of intoxicants. Also
reduces the maximum jail provision for all first-time
impaired offenders so that there is no question that,
as to first-time offenders, the offense is a "petty
offense" in the constitutional sense, to which no
right to jury trial is attached.

HB 4 RELATING TO POLICE ROADBLOCK PROGRAMS TRN,JHA
Clarifies that police roadblocks need only meet the
statutory requirements for proper seizures of motor
        vehicles.

HB 6 RELATING TO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS
                                                       TRN,JHA
Redefines the term "drug" as stated in the DUI law.

        DRIVER'S LICENSE TRN,JHA

Makes two technical or clarifying amendments to the
law governing the administrative revocation of a
        driver's license.

HB 123 RELATING TO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
        INTOXICATING LIQUOR TRN,JHA
Requires the forfeiture of motor vehicles, driven at
the time of arrest, by people who have been convicted
of driving under the influence three or more times
within a five year span, and by people who are
convicted of habitually driving under the influence.

HB 212 RELATING TO DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
        INTOXICATING LIQUOR TRN,JHA
Imposes an additional, stiffer penalty, not to exceed
a thirty-day term of imprisonment, on any person
convicted of driving under the influence of
intoxicating liquor as a result of having been driving
under the unfluence while having in the vehicle a
        minor passenger.

HB 167 RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER LICENSING
                                                   TRN,JHA,FIN
