        Allows the State to recover costs associated with
        search and rescue operations necessitated by the
        misconduct of those rescued.  (Say, et al)

HB 715   RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES       TIA, JDC
        Repeals the requirement that a specific form be
        provided by the director of finance when registering a

 
        vehicle under two names that is not held in joint
        tenancy.  (Hiraki)  

        DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW, IF TIME PERMITS.

testimony to the committee clerk, Room 205, State Capitol, 24
hours prior to the hearing. Testimony may also be faxed if less
than 5 pages in length, to the Senate Sergeant-At-Arms Office at

least 24 hours prior to the hearing.  When faxing, please
indicate the committee the testimony is being submitted, the date
and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed
for submittal.

interpreter, wheelchair accessibility, or parking designated for
