Representatives from police, fire, civil defense and other
agencies are invited to discuss the state's current level of
readiness to respond to threats and acts of terrorism, real or
otherwise.  The discussion is expected to focus on current
policies, operating procedures and interagency cooperation with
regard to protecting public safety.

             NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE TAKEN

IF YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE OR AUXILIARY AIDS AND/OR
SERVICES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PUBLIC HEARING PROCESS OF THE
