THE STATUS OF Y2K COMPLIANCE ON THE PART OF STATE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS
AND AGENCIES.

Formal presentations will be made by:

 1.  The Department of Accounting and Finance Service.  (The agency
    responsible to coordinate the Y2K compliance effort in the state).


 
 2.  Department of Transportation.

 3.  Department of Human Services.

 4.  Department of Public Safety.

 5.  Hawaii Health Systems Corporation.

 6.  Department of Defense (State Civil Defense).

 7.  The Gartner Group (The state's Y2K compliance consultant.).

*  DAGS will summarize the status of state departments not making             
 presentations.

 (Note:  A progress report was submitted to the legislature by the            
        Department of Accounting and General Services in November 1998,            
        in compliance with Act 213, SCH 1998.)

 

              NO PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE TAKEN.
