           Protects the State's sovereign immunity and
           expressly prohibits attorneys' fee from being
           awarded against the State and counties.

HB 171 HD1    RELATING TO HEALTH CARE DECISIONS           HLT,JHA
           Adopts a comprehensive, modified uniform health-
           care decisions under no duress, fraud, or undue act
           which would permit a competent individual to
           control decisions relating to his or her own
           medical care.  Establishes a task force to review
           end-of-life care. (HB171 HD1)

HB 1378 HD1   RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION           WLU,JHA
           Amends the historic preservation law to provide
           that counties may approve uses of historic
           properties that comply with applicable zoning
