HB 1210       RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER            TRN,JHA
           LICENSING
           Authorizes the Director of Transportation to enter
           into driver's license reciprocity agreements with
           foreign jurisdictions.

HB 1153       RELATING TO RETAIL LIQUOR SALES TO          HLT,JHA
           MINORS
           Allows persons under twenty-one years of age to
           participate in authorized studies or enforcement of
           statutory provisions relating to the sale of liquor
           to minors.

HB 936 HD1    RELATING TO COMMERCIAL PAPER                CPC,JHA
           Provides that persons bringing an action to recover
           damages resulting from the dishonor of a check or
           other negotiable instrument may assess and collect
           a $20 service charge.  (HB936 HD1)

HB 138 HD1    RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL GOODS              AGR,JHA
           Provides ownership and certification requirements
           for agricultural goods and commodities.  (HB138

HB 848 HD1    RELATING TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING         LAB,JHA
           Provides for the use of substance abuse on-site
           screening tests (i.e., portable substance abuse
           tests) that meet the requirements of the United
           States Food and Drug Administration for commercial
           distribution.  (HB848 HD1)

HB 77         RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY ENCROACHMENT      WLU,JHA
           Adds industrial property to types of property
           covered by the structure position discrepancy law.
           Provides that the property owner is responsible for
           an encroachment where the property owner who
           constructed the improvement is not readily
           identifiable.

HB 1160 HD1   RELATING TO EMPLOYMENT SECURITY APPEALS     LAB,JHA
           Allows Employment Security Appeals Referee Officer
           to hold a hearing by telephone. (HB1160 HD1)

HB 102 HD1    RELATING TO WAGE PAYMENTS                   LAB,JHA
           Clarifies that the penalty applied to employers for
           unjustified wage withholding will be equal to the
           amount of unpaid wages and interest at a rate of
           six per cent per year from the date the wages were
           due.  (HB102 HD1)

HB 159 HD1    RELATING TO WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION        LAB,JHA
           Amends the Whistleblowers' Protection Act by
           expanding areas of protected conduct and the types
           of reportable violations.  Also strengthens the
           remedies available to whistleblowers and increases
           penalties for violators. (HB159 HD1)

HB 351 HD1    RELATING TO PRIVACY OF HEALTH CARE      HLT,CPC,JHA
           INFORMATION
           Protects privacy of health care information by
           stipulating for conditions under which information
           can be disclosed.  Provides penalties.  (HB351 HD1)
