The Committee will reconsider action previously taken on the
following Senate bill:

HB 996     RELATING TO MEETINGS OF STATE AND COUNTY BOARDS    JDC
        Provides a means of maintaining the confidentiality of
        information, including documents, which is required to
        be kept confidential by a state or federal law, or a
        state or federal court order, when that information is
        needed to facilitate the deliberations or decision
        making of a state or county board.

HB 955     RELATING TO CRIME                                  JDC
HD1        Makes it a class C felony to take sexual photographs
Proposed   or videotapes of a person without consent and when the
SD1        person expects privacy.  Makes it a misdemeanor to
        possess such materials.


       NO TESTIMONY WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE BILLS
