HB 294     RELATING TO THE DISTRIBUTION OF SAMPLE             HHS,JDC
HD1        TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND TOBACCO PROMOTIONAL
           MATERIALS
           Prohibits  the   distribution   of  sample  tobacco
           products  and   coupons   redeemable   for  tobacco
           products on or in  any  public street, sidewalk, or
           park, or within 1,000  feet  of any school attended
           by minors.    Also  prohibits  the  distribution of
           tobacco promotional materials  within 1,000 feet of
           any school attended by minors.

HB 1120    RELATING TO PERSONAL CARE SERVICES                 HHS,WAM
           PAYMENT
           Repeals personal care services provisions which are
           now provided through  the  home and community-based
           Medicaid waiver programs.

HB 1124    RELATING TO THE STATE ADVISORY COUNCIL             HHS,LRE
           ON REHABILITATION
           Revises  the  composition   of  the  Rehabilitation
           Council to conform to Federal mandates.

HB 1146    RELATING TO VITAL RECORDS FEES                     HHS,WAM
           Proposes the continuation of funding to improve the
           vital statistics system, and prevention of domestic
           violence and sexual assault.
