S.B. 5     RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL LOANS                    ECD, WAM
           Provides agricultural  loans  to  qualified farmers
           who export crops and livestock.               (TAM)

S.B. 1431   RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN AGRICULTURAL   ECD, WAM
           WATER SYSTEM FOR UPCOUNTRY MAUI
           Establishes a  separate  agricultural  water supply
           and delivery system under  the board of agriculture
           for the farms in upcountry Maui.         (BUEN B/R)

S.B. 1211   RELATING TO AGRICULTURE                           ECD, WLH
           Allows owners  of  agricultural  lands to subdivide
           lands into parcels not less  than 50 acres in size;
           provided that  the  subdivided  lots  are  used for
           intensive agricultural  purposes.   Allows security
           facilities to be built on agricultural lands.

S.B. 371   RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL PARKS                    ECD, WAM
           Includes farmer's markets in agricultural parks.

S.B. 576   RELATING TO AGRICULTURE                           ECD, WAM
           Extends  composition  of  agribusiness  development
           corporation board by  5  years; blank appropriation
           to board.                                  (INOUYE)

S.B. 1220   RELATING TO AGRICULTURE                           ECD, WAM
           Directs the agribusiness development corporation to
           provide for the  planning, design, and construction
           of  an  agricultural  subdivision  in  the  Hamakua
           district of the island  of Hawaii.  Appropriates $1
           for  that   purpose,   to   be   expended   by  the
           corporation.                               (INOUYE)
