SB 808   RELATING TO LIQUOR LICENSES                 TIA,CPN
        Adds to the  factors  that  the  liquor commission may
        consider in its revocation or suspension of renewal of
        existing liquor license, the prevention of assault.

SB 873   RELATING TO MUTUAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES            CPN
        Requires use  of  USPAP  to  determine property's fair
        market value for  condemnation and lease renegotiation
        purposes.   Allows  reopening  of lease renegotiations
        concluded   within   the    last    five   years   for
        reconsideration under USPAP standards.

SB 1073  RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES GOH/TIA,CPN
SD1     Subjects condominium property regimes to county zoning
        and development ordinances and rules, and provides for
        county review of such projects prior to recordation of
        the  issuance  of  a  final  public  report; prohibits
        condominium property regime on agricultural designated
        land.  (SD1)

SB 1101  RELATING TO REMEDIES OF PART VII, CHAPTER 103D,HRSGOH,
        CPN
        Proposes revisions to  the  State  Procurement Code to
        clarify   protest   procedures   and   other  remedies
        available.

       faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted,
       the date and time  of  the  hearing,  and  the required number of
       copies needed for submittal.

       to participate in the public hearing process (i.e., sign language
       interpreter, wheelchair accessibility,  or parking designated for
       the disabled), please contact the  committee clerk 24 hours prior
       to the hearing so arrangements can be made.

       measures and testimonies for  the  hearing  will be available for
