HB 117  RELATING TO THE CONVEYANCE TAX                   CPC, FIN
     Exempts certain  transfers  from  the  application of the
     conveyance tax.

HB 567  RELATING TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS CPC, FIN
     Requires  real  estate   brokers   and  salespersons  and
     registered  condominium   hotel   operators  to  maintain
     liability insurance coverage  against errors or omissions
     occurring in the conduct of business.

HB 353  RELATING TO REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS CPC, FIN
     Simplifies  registration  of   real  estate  brokers  and
     salespersons.  Provides prelicensing examination options.
     Authorizes licensing of limited liability companies.

HB 657  RELATING TO TIME SHARING PLANS                   CPC, FIN
     Provides disclosure statement requirements for time share
     plans  in  which  all  accommodations  are  out-of-state.
     Allows director to  issue  6  month preliminary permit to
     allow developer  to  begin  public  offerings, subject to
     conditions.  Requires  director  to  accept  the plan for
     registration if developer meets criteria.

HB 354  RELATING TO MAKING AN  APPROPRIATION  FOR A REVIEW OF THE
     CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES LAW                 CPC, FIN
     Appropriates funds to  conduct  a comprehensive review of
     condominium property regimes law.

 
HB 141  RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION      CPC, FIN
     Provides that the greater of $1,000,000, or two-thirds of
     the moneys  in  the  Public  Utilities Commission special
     fund, shall remain in  the  special fund, with the excess
     lapsing into the general fund.

HB 206  RELATING TO LIQUOR TAX LAW                       CPC, FIN
     Redefines cooler beverage  to  mean any liquor containing
     less than 7 per  cent  of  alcohol by volume and blending
     material.
