        flexibility needed  to  address  demands  for services
        where existing carriers are not  able to meet the need

HB 1021    RELATING TO CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIMES      WLU, CPC
HD 1       Clarifies  that   projects   created   as  condominium
        property regimes  are  subject  to  county  zoning and
        other county building  and  development ordinances and
        rules.

HB 664     RELATING  TO  REQUIRED   RESERVES   FOR  A  DEPOSITORY
        FINANCIAL SERVICE LOAN COMPANY                     CPC
        Permits  securities  listed  on  the  National  Market
        System  of  the  Nasdaq  Stock  Market  as  acceptable
        reserves  for  a  depository  financial  services loan
        company.

HB 767     RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS                           CPC
        Gives a  condominium  association  a  limited priority
        lien for unpaid common expenses.

HB 1411    RELATING TO ACUPUNCTURE PRACTITIONERS              CPC
        Allows  acupuncture  practitioners   to  sit  for  the
        licensing examination if  they  have  graduated from a
        school  that  is  in   the  process  of  applying  for
        candidacy for accreditation.
